Welcome Summers Landing Homeowners!
There are some “common” areas of the project that each homeowner shares ownership and responsibility for as a group. To take care of all of this, there is a community Homeowner’s Association. Each year, every homeowner will contribute to the costs to maintain the common areas in the form of Association Dues. Currently, the association dues are $150.00 per year.
Over the next year or so, Summergate (the Developer) will operate and manage the association. Every association has a set of rules and regulations that it uses to guide everyone on what is expected of the association or the homeowners themselves. Below you will find a downloadable PDF of those documents for your reference, we will be adding a new page dedicated to the HoA budget within the near future.
